WELCOME TO SANTOS AFC

Thank you for completing the consent form, you will shortly be sent an invoice via 360Player to cover this month's fees. This is calculated at a fee of £4 per training session and as soon as this registration fee is paid we will move you into your team portal.

The team portal is an area where your coaches and volunteers can communicate information on training and matches. It is also an area where Santos can communicate club events and other important information.

From the 1st of next month you will receive your normal monthly invoice (as per table below), again via 360Player. If you have any issues with 360Player then you can either ask one of your team volunteers or email the club at 360Player@santosafc.co.uk.

TRAINING & MATCHES

All our teams and groups train and play on specific days and for more information on the group you’re looking to join, please look at the relevant team page..

Santos is an England Football Accredited Club, affiliated with the Lancashire FA and run within the FA recommended guidelines. All our coaches are fully trained and qualified FA coaches and have the essential Criminal Records Bureau checks, First Aid and Safeguarding Training.

REGISTRATION FEES

.

There are a number of associated costs with running each group and therefore we charge a monthly fee to cover these expenses.

The costs are averaged out over a 12 month period, so you may be paying fees without any matches being played.

The costs are as follows:

PLAN COST
Train Only £16
Small Sided Matches £20
11-a-side Matches £24

CODES OF CONDUCT

In joining Santos the player, parent and any spectators that watch you are expected to comply to our Codes of Conduct. Please read these and make sure you adhere to them:

Codes of Conduct for Young Players

Codes of Conduct for Players

Codes of Conduct for Parents & Spectators

SAFEGUARDING

The FA's Safeguarding Children strategy is underpinned by the principle that Safeguarding Children is everyone's responsibility. The appointment of a welfare officer in all clubs and leagues with youth teams is a fundamental part of this strategy which has three main elements:

• Getting only the right people involved

• Creating a safe environment

• Promoting clear systems to deal with any concerns

Santos AFC has an experienced and qualified FA Club Welfare Officer who can be contacted if you have any concerns regarding the welfare of a child, a breach in any policy, concern regarding behaviour that affects a child or if advice is needed.

Any incidents can be reported to either one of your team volunteers or to our Club Welfare Office:

VOLUNTEERING

Santos AFC is a not for profit organisation and is run entirely by volunteers. All profits are put back into the Club for the benefit of the players. We therefore depend on volunteers to run our club and the more volunteers we have the stronger our club becomes.
